Powder Puff Club

I am in a small town in the hills, somewhere in Europe. It's heavily wooded, and is early in the morning. I am at L & M's house. They've shown me this book, and I'm trying to read the dirty bits in the bathroom while pretending to have a shower. One of the shower spray jets is shooting off to the side - I try to reposition the shower curtain so that it doesn't make a mess all over the bathroom, but am unsuccessful. The door isn't quite closed, and although I make a conscious effort to close it at least once, it remains ajar.

Now I've headed to school. I think it's my first day living in the town, and I am younger, but still myself. I'm walking through town, and poke my head into a garage to ask for directions. They point down the street, and we laugh together. 'I love small towns,' I think as I head towards the school. I get there, and meet with this little group of girls & this teacher. They are talking about the Powder Puff Club in school. It seems that you can get points for being kind to people in the town. Helping little old ladies, being there for a single mom, that sort of thing gets you points in the Powder Puff game, and teams compete against each other within the school.

Now I am a sullen young man, who doesn't want to do his work. I haven't worked on this dishrack project that we were supposed to make, and the teacher is telling me that "I'm trying to work with you here, kid." I roll my eyes & slouch in my chair.
